A group of  brownies had a change of scenery from their normal meeting place at the Arbor Centre in Pyrford.
Brown Owl Kate Davies, who was assisted by Tawny Owl Rachel Tate on the trip, said: “We were really fortunate as the team at Mizen’s miniature railway gave us a complimentary evening just for the girls. We took 21 brownies, aged from seven to 10 years.
“The girls had a fantastic time and they enjoyed looking at the teddies that were hidden in the trees along the route.
“I would like to thank everyone at Mizen’s who made the trip possible, as the girls had a great evening.”
The pack meets at the Arbor Centre, Coldharbour Road, on Tuesdays from 4.30 to 6pm and currently has vacancies. Anyone interested should call Kate on 07748 104471.
