£30,000 of goods stolen in raid on Woolworths

Offenders forced the front door open, causing the burglar alarm to activate and the security system bell to ring.
After making an untidy search of the store and knocking over boxes, the offenders stole numerous Xboxes, PlayStations and PlayStation games.
Mobile phones, mp3 players and digital cameras were also stolen.
Employees entering the store on Monday morning found the shop-floor in disarray and reported the crime.
A spokesman for Woolworths said: “After any such incident we do review the security systems within the store, which will currently be taking place. We complete these reviews to try and prevent incidents happening again.”
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw any activity or vehicles outside the Woolworths store on the night or has any information. Call Surrey Police on 0845 125 222.
