Red Rose’s Shyel Miah is proud of Curry Club membership. The Red Rose is one of nine Indian restaurants that have recently been invited to join the club. In order to become members premises have to undergo inspections from both Trading Standards and environmental health officers and have one of their curries sent for chemical analysis to ensure that any artificial colours are at a permissible level. Shyel Miah, manager of the Red Rose in High Road, said: “We are very proud to be a member of the Surrey Curry Club.
