Three youngsters smashed windows at the bakery in High Road and stole crisps and confectionery. A member of the public alerted the police to the break- in and a dog unit was deployed to the scene. The police dog was able to track down the offenders and they were found in Foxlake Road. A boy, aged 15, and a girl, also aged 15, were reprimanded by officers.
