Every child in the school was invited to take along a decorated hat for the Easter parade during the school’s morning assembly.
Residents of Stoop Court sheltered accommodation were invited to attend the assembly, when members of the recorder club and the Goldentime Club School Choir, co-ordinated by deputy head teacher Andrea Simonsson, gave enthusiastic performances.
Some of the Stoop Court residents who attended the assembly had been pupils of the school, so the Easter assembly was a nostalgic visit for them.
Headteacher Shirley James said: “People from Stoop Court really enjoy visiting us and we feel we have a real link with  them as some attended this school.
