Sophie wins PC in Lemony Snicket competition
Kelly Hackman. The Hunt for Lemony Snicket competition was run by Egmont Books who published A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket.
The competition was featured on the series’ official UK website for more than a year until the lucky winner was found.
Sophie, 10, from New Haw is a pupil at New Haw Junior School and used her knowledge of the best-selling books in a chain of games hosted on the website.
A school assembly was held on Thursday to mark Sophie’s success and she was presented with her prize of the new computer.
Sophie said: “I really enjoyed all the games and I have read all Lemony Snicket’s books and loved them.
