From Ryan’s marvellous selection of sunflowers, the tallest is 13ft 4 and stands proudly in the back garden of his Church Road home. He has been meticulously watering his plants since his grandmother bought them back from a visit to the Eden Project. Everyday he has rushed out with a ruler to check on the progress of his favourite flowers.
